Making an exchange or return
You have up to 28 days from the date you recieved your goods to make a return or exchange. Please familiarise yourself with the following terms before making any purchases.
To return goods purchased online: Please fill in the returns form provided with your order. If you did not recieve one or no longer have it this can be filled out at our store, or if you wish to have a copy emailed to you please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, please state in the email the date of purchase, what you would like to return and your reason for return.
To return goods purchased in store: Please return to store with the item/s you wish to return, along with your till receipt. If you no longer have your till receipt please get in touch by emailing us at email@example.com, before visiting the store so we can best advise. We will not accept any returns without valid proof of purchase.
What can be returned: Any item purchased from us (that is not mentioned in the paragraph below) that is unworn, unused, has not been personalised with a name or text, has not been branded with a non-school logo and is original packaging with all tags still attached.
What cannot be returned: Any worn or used items, items which have been personalised with a name or text, or items which have a non-school logo added. Items that are not in original packaging and/or have had labels removed. Items that have been washed or dirtied. For higene reasons we cannot accept the return of any school ties or waterbottles. Items cannot be returned without valid proof of purchase.
Refunds and credit: By default all valid returns are eligible for store credit which can be used on any MIYO products in store or online. Refunds are only given where exchanges are not possible and customer provides full proof of purchase (Receipt or online order). Refunds can not be given where a valid receipt or online order is not provided by customer.
Exchanges: Exchanges can be made in store, where we aim to provide straight exchanges where possible - if a desired item is not available this will be placed on an order for collection or delivery at a later date. A senior member of staff must check over and approve all exchanges so please allow extra time for this on your visit.
Shipping charges for product returns: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
